A bronze plaque in the shape of an eagle with outstretched wings pointing downward, a chiseled cast. On the reverse, the signature “A. Łopieńska.” The eagle’s form is reminiscent of the so-called “Kurica” (Model 43 eagle). Made by the Łopieńscy workshop in Warsaw, A. Łopieńska—Anna Łopieńska.
